I love that this is light and portable. I can use it downstairs or bring it upstairs. I do use it on a yoga mat as it will move quickly on you. I feel like it does help with the core as long as you are consistent with it. I would recommend this to someone that does not like to do the traditional situps. It does what is expected.

This is a simple little workout equipment that you can move around the house easily. I like that it's not heavy and stationary so you can use it in different areas. It comes with a little mat which is useful. I think this is for light use and not meant to be a professional gym type piece.

I have to say, my grandkids have used this more as a riding toy than I have for exercise! lolNot that I haven't given it a good try. I find that the small size is awkward for holding onto and maneuvering while doing the exercises it's intended for. It should definitely be wider. I've even tried placing my forearms on it but that's awkward and not the most comfortable on my arms either. For exercise, it works better when I hold myself in a pushup position on the floor and place my feet or knees on the roller disk and work my abs by drawing my knees to my chest and out to each side or swoop it from side to side to make a half circle while my feet are on it. It is constructed well, is durable so far and glides smoothly.

There are no directions on how to use this. I’m a trainer and can easily make sense of it and devise all kind of exercises, but most people a) won’t have a strong enough core to use this and b) will not know how to use it. I will be uploading a video on how to use it in the near future. Pros: Multidirectional, which is a nice change from the ab wheel, Sturdy, Relatively smooth rolling, and adds variety to your routine. Cons: Expensive for what it is, No instructions

I really wanted to like this and kept trying it, first on flooring, then on carpet, this way and that way. I thought maybe I was missing something but I finally decided I just do not like this. It can be effective for core but it is difficult to use, easy to get hurt using, and not something you enjoy using. If you don't like using it, you won't use it. It's as simple as that.

This product will get the movement of sit ups without the back problems. You don’t even have to move your body flat to feel the burn. Just moving about a foot or so away from your body, you can feel it working. I do about 5-10 stretches before I leave for work and after work. You can move straight forward, or to the side to work on your side muscles. This is very portable, lightweight, already assembled, and you can take it with you on trips or to work.It comes with a very small pad, similar to the thickness of a yoga mat. I don’t even use it. I use a foam pillow-better on the knees. A rolled up towel will work, too.Just some caution, be careful if you haven’t done this before. The roller easily moves and you might flop on your tummy. Start off with smaller movements or do it on a carpeted or big rug. Also make sure that you’re not moving to or from a rug to a flat surface, as the wheels don’t move well from rug to floor. Only go as far as you can at first, to strengthen your core and arms. One thing I didn’t like was that there were no exercise examples/chart to give you ideas on how to use it. I know how but all exercise equipment should come with some examples on how to better use them. You can look for ideas online. It’s a good product and seems to be working as it says.

This device is a good idea for people who wish to exercise and strengthen their abdominal core.It can provide a good workout but I found that it’s footprint was smaller and less stable I’d like it to be.On the other hand, that instability caused me to use more of my peripheral muscles which led me to a harder workout session. Although it’s a simple idea and a good one, it’s not as easy to use as some may believe and it requires quite a bit of strength and coordination to use it properly .The foam knee pad came stuffed inside the box and since there were no instructions included, I initially thought it was only a piece of packing material and I was going to throw it away when I realized what it was.Users should be careful when using this device to not grip the edges of it in such a way that fingers curl around to the bottom side. In that position it’s easy to pinch fingers with the wheels as they roll and pivot. All in all, the exercises that you can perform with this can help you to strengthen your core.

While not quite the same as a traditional ab roller, this 'scooter' style roller gives you a good workout and allows you more options on use. I used it both in the traditional roll-out fashion but also for a few plank and push up style moves that I have done in class before. It was nice to be able to do more ab workouts at home (not a fan of crunches). I appreciated the inclusion of a small yoga mat for your knees. I found that the roller worked well on tile flooring and even worked on low pile carpeting too. Of course, it moved more easily (as expected) on the tile.
