The device is super heavy duty. I was worried about breaking it off and having a major problem, but that's not really gonna happen. The stake appears to have enough shear resistance to be used in a pretty heavy duty way. I believe you could use this for a wide variety of applications. It would be pretty rough to use it on a lawn. It would work well in a tilled field or perfectly on a beach. I will order more of these.

Anchor appears very well made with decent quality stainless steel that should hold up well over time and to the harsh conditions of salt water. As other reviews have mentioned it has solid welds and is very stout in construction.

Works well. If installed correctly it will secure your boat to the beach for temporary use. The only downfall is the cheap carry bag.

I have a 16.5 ft Lund side console fishing boat. I have a specific spot on three different nearby reservoirs where I like to beach and get out to stretch my legs and rest in the shade. Normally what I'd do is get both of my 15 pound river anchors, tie one to stern, and one to bow, and then bring them on shore. The bow anchor goes about 30' on shore, and the stern about 30' upwind to keep the boat straight.I've always been a tad nervous about letting it leave my sight with just the anchors. With this thing, I only have to drag one anchor out. It's easy to twist into a mud/sand/pea gravel shore and I felt comfortable attaching my boat to it with a carabiner. The quality is surprisingly good and it's stout enough for my fishing boat. In any condition I'm comfortable fishing in, I would trust this. For me that's sustained winds up to 10mph, with limited gusting. Beyond that I just don't go out because I don't like being rocked all over in my smallish boat. So I don't know how well it'd hold in, say, a surprise thunderstorm. For how easy it is to use, how relatively little space it takes in the bow storage, and the price, it's worth it to me to take along and use.

This sand anchor kit is a beach essential for anyone who loves spending time by the shore. It's incredibly easy to use - just screw it into the sand, attach your umbrella or tent, and enjoy a worry-free day without constantly readjusting your setup. The durable construction ensures it stays firmly in place, even on windy days. My only minor gripe is that it can be a bit tricky to screw into extremely compacted sand, but overall, it's a fantastic investment for beachgoers seeking convenience and stability

Good strength and hold capacity. Winch a 4 seat Polaris SxS with it. Works well.

This Abimars 17" Sand Anchor is heavy duty. It is made from 304 Stainless Steel. The spiral auger can be used to anchor your small boat, paddleboard, or watercraft to the sandy shore. Works great as long as you twist it in practical all the way. Especially on windy days. I hope it holds up over the years in salt water sand. I am happy with it.

we recently purchased a RIB style boat for use on our beach. We’re allowed to launch from the beach in our community and while it’s definitely easier than going to the Marina, it’s still not the easiest thing. So if we put the boat out in the beginning of the day and we decide to go inside for a bit for lunch, we can safely anchor the boat using this before bringing it in at the end of the day. It’s also perfect for kayaks and other items. There are other beach style anchors but you have to hammer them down so I like the screw style better as I don’t need any extra tools. This should be harder to accidentally pull out as well.
