Compact travel and allowed for much easier management of our campsite. The storage mesh under the table allowed us to get back meaningful prep space.

I love that it folds down for storage and is fairly light weight. The problem I'd I bought it to set my bbq on but it won't handle the weight. Because it sits on the slats the slats bow. Disappointed for that but will still be a great addition to our outdoor experience.

My other camping table is one piece so it takes only 20 seconds to pop up, although that's smaller and weighs 11 lbs, with a top made of a tough fabric, whereas this table takes more time (minutes), weighs 7 pounds more and has beautiful rigid aluminum slats for its top. So each table has its place and time, but this one is great when you have the time to setup and teardown. And it actually easily fits back into the bag, which my other table frustratingly and barely does.

This is heavy for a portable table, but it is very nice. It is a steel tube table with a hammered finish coating. The bottom just pulls open and latches in place. The tabletop is then unfolded and placed upon the base and held in place by spring loaded pins. It has a mesh and nylon hammock style shelf that hangs under the tabletop.The table comes with its own carrying case and folds up easily for storage.

This table is extremely sturdy. Well-made and portable!!! It took me 2 minutes to assemble the table. And it's a great size!! I sat at this table for a couple hours doing some homework at the park. It was a little confusing when it came to folding the top part. But very easy to get it done. There is a hanging basket under the table that you could put a decent amount of stuff. I put 50lbs. of weights on it, while leaning my weight on it. Did nothing. I can see myself taking this everywhere, all the time. This is now essential for me to have. I can see myself finding reasons to pull it out, just because it's so convenient. I have a little tabletop grill that I plan to use on my next excursion. Hands down this is an amazing find!

Good table although has room for improvements.This review is of the Large version of the Abscondo Camping tablePros:-Compact-Easy to store-Comes with a bag that has compartments inside as well as sling for easier portability-Easy to assemble-Compact yet very sturdy frame-Leg bottom can be adjusted to keep table flat on uneven terrain-Enough height to fit a regular dining chair in-Finish of the aluminum table top is great!Cons:-The table top is only supported on the long sides by the underlying frame. The shorter sides have no support whatsoever and if you place anything heavy or sit on the it by mistake, it will get deformed or even fold. Care has to be taken so that you don't put too much weight on either side.-You can't adjust the height.-The table top doesn't come with a strap to keep it folded .Conclusion: I wish they could have added extra support on the opposite end of the table to make it sturdier. Still works perfectly well without it if you know not to put too much weight on those sides.4/5

This camping table was not only easy to assemble, but went together flawlessly. The frame expands smoothly without binding; then locks into place by setting the notched broad-side pieces onto extended pins on the frame....such a simple design but very effective at keeping frame solid and stable. Then, the roll-out table-top fits perfectly into the frame, locking into place with 4 pins...on at each corner. Once assembled, there are NO gaps, NO protruding slats, NO wabble....NOTHING. In fact, you would never know this table collapses to fit into a bag. It's just that solid. I don't casually use words like "flawless" and "perfectly". This table absolutely earns all the accolades. Thankfully, the finish coating was equally superior and everything collapses just as easily as it goes up, to fit right back into its sturdy and strong storage bag. I honestly can't say enough about this table. At first, when I saw it, I thought it was a bit pricey; and it may still be, but definitely a "top notch", premium product. By the way, this table takes the place of a folding 6ft plastic table that we take along on camping trips for food prep. This takes up less space, is lighter, and easier overall to manage.
