It works with my Alesis MultiMix 6 and the voltages are like 1 or 2 off.

This power supply fits my Behringer Eurorack MX 802A mixer. It had some old, frayed wire insulation that needed replacing, but the mixer is pretty old and I was worried about finding something that worked. This item fit perfectly and provided the correct voltage.

I got this for my Alesis and it actually worked really great for about an hour until I turned on the 48v phantom power switch for the XLR condensor microphone. Then it turned off and it confused me as to why. Well apparently come to find out its because the alesis mixer uses a 17v power supply. Whereas this is a 18v. Granted, this product doesn't claim to work for my unit or nothing like that. I just kind of assumed it would work since the plug was the same and it was also for a mixer board. Hopefully I didn't fry my unit but as far as this product is concerned and how well it worked it did everything as expected and as advertised. So make sure this is the same voltage as the unit you plan to power on or check the description to make sure that it says its compatible. because you might encounter some issues like I did. I still havent been able to get it to turn on, will likely need to buy a replacement that is for the brand.Good product. Wires are durable and thick. The box didn't get too hot or anything like that. Satisfied with the product, wish it would have worked the same for my unit though.
