The initial one failed prematurely. SO far this one has been in for a year and no issues. Once you get past the frame issues it was pretty easy to install (GM design and placement). Came with everything you need to install. The only thing I went to ta shop for was to unload and load freon.

Installation was straightforward and with several hours of use, in town and on the freeway, continues to cool the cab like a refrigerator!I’m very happy about this purchase.BTW I gave one star for “warmth” because it’s not.UPDATE!!!15 months later, and it’s ready to blow! I first noticed vibration when the clutch is engaged, then last week it was REALLY, REALLY LOUD. This week it’s not so loud, but the belt tensioner dances like crazy when the clutch engages.Pretty sure I’m going with a different vendor this time.

Fit great works great. It is noisy but less than a reman from any of the parts stores. If you have money to burn buy the GM compressor. If you don’t mind hearing the compressor run buy this one.
