I have a 2014 Nissan Altima which was giving me AC issues for the past five or six years. It would blow hot air in hot temperatures and I tried several things to try and fix the issue like changing air filters, checking freeon, and even taking it to an air conditioner expert which couldn't find any leaks or anyting. Then they told me it could be the compressor and will run me a little over $1,000 to replace it. But I did my research on the issue, and apparently these cars are having a malfunction for this part and I took a chance and bought this part and had it replaced at the shop. lo and behold, I have AC that blows Ice Cubes now. I paid $200 at the shop to replace the old with the new part and that saved me about 1K.
