The 134a adapter for this hose is Four Seasons 59978. Don't know if this hose is long term compatible with the 134a but the adapter is Four Seasons number 59978.

BUYER BEWARE! NO 134a fitting! what size is the port for a 134a fitting you dont sell them or enclude the fitting what good is this hose cant put R12 or 134a gauges on that fitting so you cant pull a vacuum or check high side pressure this is the kind of review your gonna get from anyone who purchases this product improper information its suppose to be a 134a hose well its not! Im surprised you didnt keep the schrader valves just cheap! Amazon does not have anything that fits this hose to hook up your gauges and the accumalotor is the same way no134a connection waste of my time and money! NOT HAPPY!
