A/C OIL INJECTOR R134A R1234YF R410A
- Ideal for Car Home Office AC and Car AC systems, it's a professional service tool.
- Using Aluminum alloy, with 1/4" female connector, make it compatible with most AC systems (if not, use CV23p for some 5/16" R410a systems).

- When injecting dye into a pressurized system, always wear safety glasses and glove!
- Never breathe refrigerant vapor!
- Never use the UV light without wearing the UV glasses!
- Lamp surface will get hot very quickly. Do Not Touch the Lens!
Large Capacity
- Capacity: 1/4 oz/7.5ml, 1/2oz/15ml, 3/4oz/22.5ml, 1oz/30ml, 1 1/4oz/37.5ml, 1 1/2oz/45ml, 1 3/4oz/52.5ml, 2oz/60ml
- Check valve screwed onto cartridge and tightened. The inner and outer cylinders are tightened clockwise, and then a little 1/4 SAE threaded inner core is used to discharge a little air inside the blue tube.
How do you use AC oil injectors?
- Before adding any additive to the injector, the shut off valve must be off. Uscrew the end off the injector.
- Put in the desired amount of additive.
- Screw the end back on the injector.
- Connect R134A R12 F22 coupler to the injector.
- Connect other end of the injector to the low side service port on the vehicle.
- Open the valve on the injector.
- With refrigerant attached, fill to proper pressure.
- When finished using the injector toool, clean well by using brake cleaner.

My mini split developed a very slow leak and I noticed there was a sizeable oil stain on the wall once I realized it wasn't working as well as it did when first installed. I didn't want to hire a pro to take the unit apart and fill the compressor so I decided to try this and it worked very well. The key is to make sure you squeeze out every bit of air before you attach it to the compressor fittings. Then you gradually work it into the system and you are all set without a very expensive repair bill. Of course, you need to tighten the leak before you attempt this but it's very easy to use and it's made very well. The O ring seals well.

I used this to add pag oil to my newly installed a/c compressor. I had no way to measure what was still left in the system and after putting in the recommended amount for adding a new compressor to my system, measurements indicated i needed a few more ounces. This makes it possible to add pag oil without releasing any refrigerant or oil you already put in the system. Works great, i'll hold on to this for possible future use

Quality material, easy to use, I couldn't figure out how to get it to self purge, but made it purge the ole fashion way would certainly buy it again but I probably will not need to as long as I'm alive lol

I have not used this yet, but it seems very sturdy and well designed and constructed. Using this ingenious tool, I will no longer need to evacuate an A/C system to add dye or oil. Several adapters were included, as well as a nice little pair of white gloves and a fabric storage sack, apparently to protect the main body of the injector from abrasion in storage. A compartmentalized toolbox for the accessories would be welcome, but for the price, I can easily devise my own storage. Instructions could be helpful for a novice user, but probably if a user cannot figure out how this works, he or she might want a little assistance anyway. In sum, an excellent value and welcome addition to my farm shop.VT
