I have this SCR connected to a 25 watt incandescent light bulb, to simulate a heater turning on. The input signal is generated from an industrial temperature controller, which is providing 4-20mA output. Using the circuit 4 times, the SCR output no longer conducts when the indicator LED illuminates.
