This box is great for storing recipes! Especially if you want to store them and keep them on display. It’s great quality and looks great.I will say, it doesn’t have a lid at all. If you aren’t using it as decorative storage, it might be a little impractical because it does not have a lid.

No lid or cards included. That is kind of a bummer. But the holder itself is nice. Finish is decent and evenly applied. Mine had a tiny scratch in bottom right corner. Packaging could've been a little better. It's decent overall. Not perfect though.

The box is well-made, very sturdy, with a good heft for the size, and a warm brown color. The middle divider can easily be removed. it also has a slot on the top, front-facing side to hold a recipe card. Much nicer than expected.

This box is very unique as the original grain of the wood hasn’t been sanded away. The wood is acacia and has beautiful swirls and knots.The word Recipes is delicately printed in cursive, on one side. There’s a wooden partition in the box, that keeps your 4x6 recipe cards standing straight, and looking neat.A nice feature is a groove in the top of the box, that holds a recipe card on a slant, making it easy to read, and keeps it off of the counter.It comes with 4 nonslip pads that adheres to each corner of the box; no slipping around!
