This was a want not a need for me, but I’m extremely happy with this purchased. The lack of flexibility in the sourdough wooden stirring stick compared to silicone tools makes getting the flour mixed in easy and scraping down the sides of my jar with ease. I would recommend it if you have extra funds for a very very good and very useful tool that makes your sourdough journey so much much easier.
