You must bake the headlight fixture in oven on low heat check often. Of use heat gun carefully to remove old glue. And then have proper auto glue to redo the lens. All the 1 stars is because they don’t know how to use it. It’s only about $30 for the proper glue and just takes some time. Much cheaper than buying an entire headlight.

Heat Gun to release the old adhesive and lens. I used a fast cure Advanced Polymer adhesive to assemble.

Only gave 1 star because there is no zero option. Not sure why anyone is allowed to sale these to the public, because you can't install them on your vehicle! A 03-06 Cad Escalade EXT come's from the factory with "sealed" headlight unit's, so to try to break that seal, to remove the old lens, without doing damage to the casing, and then properly seal the new lens is near impossible. In short, they are not designed to be replaced, you have to replace the entire headlight HID unit ( thanks GM) unless of course, you happen to be a body shop expert, or a current-retired GM factory headlight installer. To say I'm very disappointed with this purchase is a gross understatement.

The lens is glued to the rest of the lamp as and it wouldn't come apart. We ended up buying the whole assembly
