The thickness of the carpet is half that of factory. Price is good but no price would make me put this junk in my truck.

Carpets good quality but it’s not direct fit. Comes a lot longer than it should be but width is perfect. Just get ready to measure and cut.

This install was harder than I imagine. It took my about 10 hrs of work to remove and install new carpet on my GMC sierra. You will need to do some modifications, cutting etc for it to fit. Does not come squared. But all in all I recommend it and it’s seem to be a good material. The color is not as bright tho. It’s more of a maroon color.

The carpet comes with a felt pad to help deaden sound. Cutting to fit to the hole patterns of the old carpet took time but after resting the carpet for a day and finding where the formed areas aligned with the floor, the carpet was able to be installed by one older person. The worst part was getting help to reinstall the seats and console.

After this project I love the outcome of it though I did mess up on some corners by cutting to short. It can easily happen so be careful. Reason I say this is because this carpet is basically a huge rectangle that needs to be trimmed to match your old one. I placed my old carpet under and made sure it didn't shift around. I trimmed the whole thing and only came short on one corner by a little, recommend to trim it maybe around an inch or more than the old carpet since the bends and transmission tunnel take up volume which you won't have when its laying on the floor. The old carpet will retain its shape but the new one will lie more flat on the ground this can obscure the trimming size, do the final trim while it's on the truck so you don't come out short like I did. (05 silverado crew cab black carpet) also you'll have to cut the holes for the seat mounts and other mounting points as well as cutting slits for the foot a/c ducts.
