Unreliable, inconsistent performance, not the Accel quality from the 70s that powered a many of muscle car. Pulled them back off after they failed to deliver normal OEM performance. Replaced with Motorcraft 8mm wires and put these in the garbage. Don’t take a chance on them only to be disappointed.

Fits pretty good on the 88 f150 302. All of the wires are about 2 or 3 inches too long for my liking. I might end up shortening them and buying new boots. There's a bit of slack on each and every wire so much that it looks funny and it bothers me.

Installed them on my Mustang. Fit was loose around the plugs, and they were very close to the headers. A couple of the plugs wires are too close to the headers and started to melt. I am going to have to find another set that don't touch the headers.

I had originally replaced my wires with a set of Bosch wires, and over a period of two years developed crossfire issues. Ultimately my number 2 cylinder started arcing through the spark plug boot onto the manifold heat shield causing a misfire as well. I surely wasn't going to get Bosch wires again, so I ended up with this set of Accel wires. The cost was definitely higher than the Bosch I had purchased, but I think they're worth it. First off, you get 11 wires - one for each cylinder, one spare, and two coil wires, depending if you still have an OEM coil or and aftermarket coil. You also get some dielectric grease and a couple of wire separators if you would need them. All in all, a complete, well thought out set of wires in my opinion. The best part was when I started my truck afterward. I could feel the difference just pulling it out of the garage.The crossfire issues are gone, no arcing, and runs as smooth as can be. I also put an Accel cap and rotor on when I did this, but just because I'm anal that way. The running issues were all in the wires. The only question is how long they'll hold up, but I expect good longevity as well as the performance I'm getting so far. All in all, I'm well pleased.

This is the latest version of Accel super stock wire sets available today. I have used multiple sets of these, and sorry to say, the quality is way down on this product. The changes in form and fit were obvious right out of the box. I looked a little closer and found these are now made overseas, I guess I should have paid more attention before purchasing. I have since replaced this set with a much better brand still made here in-country. Don't expect the same product you may have gotten in the past, even with the exact same part number.
