The brass contacts definitely look brand new but the center post shows damage and something looks "off" with the locating groove. It was also quite dirty by one of the plug posts. I cleaned off most before thinking a picture should have been taken first. It's just odd that a new part would be dirty and show damage.Both cap and rotor do fit snuggly on my distributor. Wires haven't been installed yet, mechanic coming tomorrow to start the car for the first time this year and set-up the rebuilt carb.Edit/Update: Seller offered to make it right at no added cost to me. Excellent customer service.

Product not as advertised with description on box. Rotor blade was screwed on, not riveted as advertised. Ordered replacement, this one came in same way only box crushed, cap broken and still had screwed on rotor blade not riveted. Want refund.
