These were super easy to install and they're super secure. I'm 308 pounds and the bed doesn't shift in the slightest when I lay down on it with these on the frame. I love all of the different heights we can make the bed as well and it's just as secure as low as it goes to as tall as it goes.

I got these for a king bed as the original legs kept falling down. They work and here are my thoughts...- Installation was easy. You do need to drill from the bottom which can be trick if doing from the floor. Lifting up the support beam makes this way easier. Literally takes 5-10 mins to install all of them.- After a week of use they are working. I did test them by standing on a few and that worked fine as a 175 pound man- Be sure to strategically place them when installing. I put 3 on each side of the bed. I actually think 12 posts might be better than 6 but I also like to 'overdo it'-they are easy to adjust the height and there is a second twisty part that allows you to lock the height so it shouldn't move after its installed.
