After waiting a small eternity to get this power supply with non-Prime shipping I plugged it into a working receptacle and then into my Korg SP-170S piano. I heard a brief “pop” out of the speakers and the power light flashed on for less than a second, then the whole unit died. I checked it with a voltmeter and the charger was not delivering any power. I really hope it didn’t fry my piano! I know it wasn’t the piano’s fault because it worked fine before.I started a return request and am hoping to hear from the manufacturer. If they deliver a replacement or refund in a timely manner and if this hunk of garbage didn’t let the magic smoke out of my piano then I may change this review. Until then I’m going to try bringing my piano’s specs to my local electronics shop (as I should have done originally) to see if they can sell me a power supply that will work.
