The GO! Square- 2 1/2" (2" Finished) is a die every quilter should have in their design arsenal. Squares are one of the most fundamental building blocks of the quilting design process.
They can be used as background squares and applique blocks. This die cuts a perfect 8 1/2" square every time, so you can spend less time cutting and can conserve your favorite fabric.
For best results, cut with die blades running under roller at an angle. Do not cut with blades parallel to roller.

The Accuquilt 9 patch die is disappointing. I hv the Electric Accuquilt cutter and a new cutting mat and the die cuts through only two layers of fabric. If you go up to 4-6 layers, you are going to need scissors or rotary cutter to complete the cuts. Do not recommend.

Very pleased with this die. I use 2" (finished) squares in a lot of my quilts. While there is a 2" finished square in one of the value dies that came with my Go!, this die enables me to cut much more---36 squares in one pass if I'm using four layers of fabric. If I could only keep one of my AccuQuilt dies, this one would be it.

One of my favorite dies!!! I have probably cut out millions of 2" squares with this. Great for accuacy and time saving. I have the 2" strip cutter as well and can cut squares with it. But the 2" square die is do easy and quicker for cutting up scraps. Waste not, Want not.

Love this AccuQuilt Go! 2.5" square multiple die. I use it cut the fabric for when I make English Paper Piecing hexagons as well as when I need 2.5 " square for other projects. Occasionally I get one of two threads that need to be cut but no big deal whatsoever. It's a lot easier to use the die than cut using a rotary and more accurate. At least for me. I highly recommend this die.
