This hose assembly can be a bit difficult to install because of the limited space under the hood of my 2008 Chevy 2500 HD. Snaking it around other components is tough. The hose clamp that attaches the hose to the water pump is best reached from the top of the engine. The main reason for the 4 star rating was the primary cooling hose was a slightly smaller outside diameter and the heater hose was a slightly larger diameter.

As others have stated, this is no where near "as advertised". Hose clamps instead of glued connections, it is also SMALLER diameter than the original hose (ends are flared at connection points). It did not come with the hose-to-hose connectors (that hold the smaller hose against the larger one) as shown in the picture, nor did it have the hose clamp on the water pump end (the original hose had the clamp captured by a rubber protrusion that went through a hole in the clamp, same for the clamp on the expansion tank- this hose had neither captured clamps for securing the ends). I suppose it will work, if I can get that damn lower radiator end forced on enough to get the clip back in. Right now it's like one millimeter from going in far enough... All in all, this product may work, but it is not as the pics show, and not like the original.

Not as advertised. Has hose clamps as preformed fittings are stock and shown in picture. Will be sending back and trying again. Want true AC Delco although it has sticker stating so. Amazon sent me a new replacement and is still not as pictured. I need to get truck done so I will give a try I think. Hope quality is better than picture quality.

After checking around, Amazon had the best price for this. I couldn't tell if this was old stock or not, but it was in like new condition. Putting it on though, now that is a whole different story.
