This part looked nothing like like my original AC Delco tensioner as it has a plastic pulley instead of metal but when I returned this part and ordered "AC Delco" from AutoZone, I received the same crappy plastic pulley, so I don't know what is up with this.

The pulley that it came with was cheap plastic and as too thin for the belt, swapped pulleys and all is good.
