It does bolt on. Seems to be the correct part. But it was too loose. Would not bolt tight to the block. Maybe I was missing spacers? It was too late to return when I installed it.

Installed and running good, Solved the problem of belt tensioner vibration problem. But it is better to have a bolt included, So I do not have to find the old bolt.

Part failed... in less than 6 months. Makes lots of noise. Rattling sound from the piviot point. not pully bearing... If you push in line with mounting bolt the rattle stops. The part was Actually a Gates not AC delco... Wow. I need to be more careful. good luck with wasting time with a warrenty claim. wow forget it...

I attempted to purchase this part twice to the same effect. Both packages were open and both packages had a Gates branded part rather than the OE part. If I had wanted a Gates part I would have saved the $7 and bought the aftermarket one.

ORDERED A-- A/C DELCO BELT TENSIONER....HOWEVER THE BOX WAS OPENED AND A (GATES) BRAND WAS INSIDE OF THE A/C DELCO BOX....(A GATES BRAND IS JUST AS GOOD) FIT PERFECT AS EXPECTED ----FYI AMAZON EMPLOYEES NEED TO KEEP THERE EYES OPEN WHEN BOXING ITEMS---
