The unit I purchased was bad out of the box or failed in less than 500 miles!I purposely purchased AC Delco to avoid Chinese garbage parts problems...welp, this unit was made in China and predictably it was garbage!I bench bled the unit and bled the wheel cylinders and calipers per standard practice. The peddle was never great and then within 50 miles the brake light malfunction indicator was lit up on the dash and my peddle was going to the floor...also an exciting safety concern. Ultimately after several attempts at bleeding this system it was clear there was an issue with the master cylinder, it was introducing copious amounts of air into the front brake circuit. Once I replaced with another master cylinder (not AC Delco this time) the brake system bled properly and has been functioning properly for about 100 miles at this point.

Master is leaking out the drain hole. Took Master apart, the bore has 4 unfinished lines inside. Looks like a bad casting, bore was honed, but not in those 4 areas

Working on a 73 Chevy C20. Brakes had to be replaced. Tree his master cylinder is identical to the one I replaced. Came on time and packaged well.
