Bought this to fit a 2004 chevy s10 p/u. When i took it to the mechanic shop to have it installed come to find out it wasn't the correct one, even though it said on here that it fits my 2004 chevy s10 pickup.

Don't buy cheap front end parts unless you like to replace them in the near future. This part fit just like OEM.

I did at least six wheel alignments trying to keep my steering wheel straight. I finally decided to change my idler arm and it worked. AC Delco products are the only thing I try to put on my 95 Chevy Impala SS.

This appears to be a decent replacement part. As of 12/20/13 they are made in Taiwan though. The grease port side of it has a cheesy gold paint or anodizing on it which does make it look like a lesser quality part. The black painted part seems to be done right. The part that bolts to the frame is unpainted and has a greasy coating. The nut is black anodized. The rubber dirt shield is blue and possibly polyurethane. I bought the AC Delco Professional part expecting a premium part and paid the premium price. Not that there is anything wrong with this one, I think that you can get the same part for about 1/2 the price in a different branded box. I sent it back. For about the same price as this one I'd get one made by Raybestos(Dana) or Moog. They are still USA made too.
