This is the correct ACDelco washer pump for a 2005 Buick Park Avenue. Easy to install. The part includes the reservoir grommet, but I reused my old grommet because it has a built-in screen. I got better access to the pump by removing the two nuts holding the washer fluid reservoir. This allowed the reservoir to be raised and tilted but not removed due to the master cylinder brake lines. The washer pump body swivels to allow correct alignment which is critical for a good pump/grommet seal. Works fine, no leaks.

I almost did not open the package as it appeared the connections were indexed wrong. Glad I opened it, as it does rotate. Worked perfect the first time.
