Fit well on my 2004 Honda CRF250R. I removed the Acerbis stickers as they were partially coming off anyway. The plastic should give adequate case protection for the type of riding I do (ORV trail/some single track) but would recommend something more substantial if riding in the rocks.

Holy fast shipping batman looks great fits great. The only thing is I wish it would have came with the bolts shown in the picture because it does not however a quick trip to the hard ware store should fix that

Great fit, strong protection for engine, clutch and water pump. I ride twice a week enduro training, trial, jumps, rocks, you name it and this plate does its job.

This skid plate installed REALLY easily. I took it on it's first ride yesterday and it held up well after being pelted by rocks kicked up by the front wheel. Used it on the motocross track and on the trails on my 2009 CRF250x. I used to have the Works Connection Off Road skid plate on my bike, but all the nuts and bolts made it difficult to take off... plus the allen heads that hold the rear of the Works Connection skid plate on stripped really easily. This Acerbis skid plate goes on quick and is easily removable for cleaning and maintenance. The one that I use on my CRF250x looks just like the picture. The rear is held on by the molded plastic piece. The right side is held on by another molded plastic piece. There's one bolt that holds the left side on. I just put a little blue loctite on the bold (which screws into the bike's stock mounting hole) to keep it in place. So far so good. Would have given it 5/5 stars, but the sides don't cover the water pump and oil filter as high as the stock plastic protectors do.
