This hands-free faucet has been a game-changer in my bathroom! The motion sensor works smoothly, activating water flow instantly and stopping when I move away—perfect for saving water and keeping things hygienic. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern, and I love that I can easily adjust the temperature with the side handle. Installation was simple, though keep in mind you'll need to supply your own AA batteries. Overall, it’s a solid, reliable upgrade that adds both convenience and style.

Sleek design and the finish is always a flawless look. The simple design makes it much easier to wipe and clean. Works well and easy to use. Touchless faucet is such a game changer. No issues installing. Instructions were easy to follow but then again, this isn't the first time installing a faucet. However, it's quite pricey in comparison to others out there, even for a touchless faucet.

The top thing I want people to know is this is so easy to install when following the included instructions. Knowing a thing or two about plumbing basics will help too, buti t was so simple to change my current tap over to this one. THe chrome finish is lovely. There was no need to troubleshoot and maybe I got lucky, but it worked first try.

The faucet is very nice high quality I give them a 2 star because there is no website or tech support I emailed several times never got a response. I think the company is out of business. It was short on parts no filter screens. And I wanted to know if the settings can be changed. They said in the manual there is a remote you have to purchase. No return emails to purchase parts, no website or phone number looks like the company is in China. But I decided to keep it, it was a lot of work installing it.

Wow - this is a great looking faucet built for the 21st century. The brushed nickel finish adds an elegant touch to any sink, and the hands-free design is convenient when your hands are filthy and you don't want to touch the hardware. The faucet activates water flow when it detects your hands and stops when they're out of range - excellent for conserving water. This faucet is battery operated, so it does require you to replace the 4-AA batteries periodically - luckily, the faucet has an indicator light that lets you know when it's time for a battery change. While batteries are not included, they're easily accessible and simple to replace. The inclusion of filter valves that control water flow not only helps in reducing water waste but also minimizes debris entering sensitive parts like solenoid valves. The package comes well-equipped with all necessary installation components and a user manual, making it easy to install without having to call your cousin Larry and bribing him with a case of beer. So far, this faucet has worked reliably and looks great!

This is a nice, hands-free faucet. It installs super easy and comes with a great little tool for tightening the mounting nut. The hoses are nice and long which is nice. I ended up dropping one of the 3/8" washers behind my cabinet and they don't give you spares, so I had to find another one in my stash. I love being able to adjust the temperature on the faucet rather than using a blend valve under the sink. The sensor is responsive without any false trips. The shutoff is smooth and doesn't cause any water hammering. It's stylish without being overbearing and the flow rate is just right. No splashing or anything. We're super happy with it and would recommend it.

Update: I'm increasing this to four stars, from threeI decided to take the unit apart since I wasn't getting as much hot water pressure (barely any) relative to cold water. I learned a few things in the process that make me feel better about this faucet. In summary, the inside parts seem of good quality and have a simple, rather elegant design. By doing this I also figured out why the hot wasn't flowing as well through the unit, some debris had gotten up through the supply line. It wasn't blocking the handle from rotating, but was reducing flow to the valve itself. Once I put it all back together, everything seems to be working great. In case you want to open and clean the inside of your unit, it is much simpler than I at first feared (maybe 10 minutes start to end). There are no small parts that pop out and scatter during the process. The whole unit is basically three pieces: the main housing, the base that combines the water and sits inside the housing, and the handle which includes the valve part that controls the relative amount of hot and cold water.First, to open the main housing, you'll need to unscrew a small hex screw in the base of the unit that holds the handle in place. This won't unscrew completely, but it will back out enough that you can fairly easily slide out the hand unit (which. also serves to control the relative hot and cold water amount so you can pull out the handle.Second, With the handle unit sitting on the counter, look at the back of the main unit and near the bottom you'll see a larger hex screw. It's pretty short, so as you unscrew it just keep an eye on it. with this screw completely removed from the housing, you'll see you can now rotate the flange of the base relative tot he main housing, and slowly rotate the main housing off of the base. The base unit will slide out fairly easily and is about 1.5" tall. The red battery wire goes through this base to the sensor on the inside of the main unit, but the wire will slide so you can have some room to pull it away from the main housing.Third, look inside the handle unit to see if anything is stuck there, and also look inside the base unit. I covered the single pipe that goes up from the base and blew into the base, first covering the cold water supply line output at the end of that tube and then the hot line. with some water as well, this helped flush both lines and cleared any debris.Reverse to reassemble. The whole process should only took me about 10 minutes, but you can probablly do it faster knowing the above.Original review:To start with the positives, this faucet looks good in person, and installation was easy overall. Plus, the sensor seems good; you can turn the water on and keep it on when you want it on and not trigger it when you don't.That said, I'm only giving this three stars for three reasons.First, what appears to be the same product, with the same brand name and apparent features, is available for about $100 less. Just search on Amazon for it. That always ticks me off, but maybe you are OK with that.Second, an old saying about products—or maybe I just made this up—says, "What you can't see is rarely better than what you can see." Setting aside that the hoses are so long they can become a problem, my unit came with what seems to me to be very cheap and undersized washer/filters for the hoses where they connect to the water supply. Both hoses were leaking through the top of the nut. Finding replacement washers was a bit of a pain. This challenge is because the unit's nuts on its supply hoses are so short. Once I put in the correct size, not many threads were showing to secure the faucet nut to the supply valve. This obvious weak point reduces my confidence in the durability of the whole unit. I'm unsure why a company would cut corners where its unit connects to the supply value. It makes me wonder about the parts inside the unit since the product page doesn't mention their quality in specific terms.Third, just a minor point: If you are using the three-hole cover in your installation, be careful how hard you tighten down the faucet to the sink; it can deform that base. Make sure the faucet and base stay aligned when you install it. I asked my wife to look from above while I tightened the nut from under the sink. The faucet is functional and doesn't make a lot of noise when turned on and off. However, it feels overpriced and lower in quality than I hoped for.
