Thought it would help to make bows but it's not good. The fixture is made from soft wood so when you tighten down your ribbion it stretches the holes. So the next time you go to use it the dowels rock in the holes and pull together. Then the holes stretch even more. Very disappointed in this piece.

As I said it is smaller than I expected, however it is well worth the money. Prefect for someone like me who is learning. Plus easy to put away without taking too much room. It helps me with making beautiful bows for crafts and presents

My bow maker didn't come with instructions. They quickly responded to me, and sent me the instructions via email. The pegs are a little snug, but it doesn't interfere in the finished product. If you're looking for a good, honest company with which to spend your money - shop with them! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
