Both parts were pretty good fit. The only issue I had was the change lever boot did not want to go on over the shift lever, so the original plastic ring from the old part had to be reused. Nothing worth complaining about since it is easy to swap those out, but if you do not have the original part this might be a problem. it would probably fit ok without it anyway.
