These are fantastic for organization: they are sturdy and since they are clear, you can see what's inside with just a glance. For example, we used these for my teen's desk to organize her coursework: one for each class. We put them in our craft area to organize construction paper, felt, stickers, stencils and other materials; I use them for recipes in the kitchen and patterns for knitting and crochet. I really love this product.

Wasn't sure if this work since a lot of the paper for my cricuit is larger than 8.5" x 11". But it works great and I don't have to worry about all the paper falling over.

I was on the hunt for something to help us sort our mail. We have tried other types of organizers. Big file boxes and cute wooden boxes but none of them seem to really work. This acrylic organizer felt like it might be the ticket. Because it is clear we don't feel like the mail is getting lost in the organizer. The slots are not so wide that you can put an endless amount of mail in them. So it will force us to clean it out regularly. Having four slots means we can efficiently organize mail into easy to understand categories.If I was using this for files or papers it wouldn't quite work. The size is a little too small for regular paper. Ours arrived either slightly broken or the glue didn't take. But the bottom is not attached to the top on one side. This wasn't super noticeable and doesn't impact being able to use it.

My hubby is one of those chaotic organizers, though he can't immediately pull out what he's looking for, he does know exactly where it is...in a HUGE stack on his desk. lol I saw this acrylic organizer to help sort out his mail, instead of him just piling up and he has to search the whole pile when he's looking for something. This organizer was large enough to completely clear his clutter and you can actually see the top of his desk now (instead a mountain of envelopes). Plus, the 3 sections in the organizer allows him to separate out work mail, personal mail, and his kids' mail (they are in the military, so it's easier for them to get everything sent here so we can help them keep track of everything when they are deployed or moving states about every 6 months).I would definitely results this acrylic organizer too anyone. This 3 slot organizer helps keep mail sorted, is perfectly sized to hold envelopes on up to folders and packets, and cleared up all the clutter on my Hubby's desk so that he has more desktop space than he had with paperwork everywhere.
