The package it came in was cute but did absolutely nothing to protect it during shipping. The box is the equivalent of a cereal box thickness and the inside has no cushioning, not even bubble wrap. Since I ordered kitty litter at the same time, Amazon packages them together. It broke the plexiglass in a couple of places. It is partly Amazon's fault for putting a small thing in a box with a large heavy thing but if it had been protected, it might not have broke. I could see the same thing happening if the delivery driver didn't set it down gently on my concrete porch. It needs protection!It is a cute frame. The magnets worked well. The clip is good but I'm not sure if the sticky glue that sheets it to the plexiglass will be good through our hot summer months.
