We were impressed with the look of the box, and the sign on top is great. I wish it was a bit more heavy-duty, but other than that it is a nice box. We ended up returning it, and purchasing a metal box with fewer features so we could have the security we desired.

This box is nice, deep, and words can be written on it, however, the welcome sign provided is 1/4" to big to slide down into the slot.

Super cool! Love this product. Comes with little sheets a spot to hold them, and you can switch out the chalkboard sign. It comes with a plastic slide to put your own paper in if you don’t want to use the chalkboard. They key locks fine but feels a little loose. Could probably be smashed easily so I wouldn’t keep valuables inside. Otherwise fun little project item!

This wood suggestion box has a nice stained dark wood look to it with easy locking top lid. The front face of the box is liquid chalk compatible as well as standard chalk so you can write anything you want on it. It also has a place on top to put a printed sign on as well and it will stay pretty well in it's grove as it also comes with an acrylic sign holder that currently has a matching wood grain welcome sign in it. It also comes with a pack of blank suggestion slips so you can have this out next to a register or table right away and start to gather feedback. The construction of the box is pretty good, but I would not call this high security by any means as it is wood. The lid is also slightly off center but still able to be locked with some form of security. The overall build is nice but could have been better in the quality control. It can be put directly on a table or counter or can be placed on the wall with the included screws for a out of the way look.
