Not impressed with how this package arrived, as you can see in pictures box was completely destroyed, service orders bent on corners, not even sure if the right amount is in package. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

We have been ordering these for over 10 years. Our company does sales and service and we need to be able to have duplicate copies to be able to give the customer their receipt, and for us to have one to file, and we use the third copy for delivery if they choose that option. The carbon works well and goes through all copies. I definitely would recommend these to those who need multiple carbon copies. And, the best thing, there is no carbon paper to contend with.

When all the big box stores stopped carrying Adams 3-584 forms I was kinda upset. But when my supply started dropping low I started to look for a new source. Bingo Tops Business forms was awesome they shipped my items promptly and I continue filling out my delightful little forms that work great for my small service business.

What can you say about work orders? Well the print is exact, no smearing and no bleed thru. Writing with a ballpoint pen carries easily and legibly through all the 3 docs. Love the fact there is no carbon mess. Very happy with the ability to keep a copy in service, give a copy to customer and the final copy to Accounting. Great design for our needs. Highly recommended for a service based business.
