Measured my wife’s pressure and then my own. Readings were high. I informed the company of the calibration problem. Was informed that the company has. “No return” policy. My wife came home from the doctors office today. Her blood pressure was 134/80. She came in and sat down for about 10 minutes. Measured her blood pressure with this blood pressure unit to be about 160/100 +/-. There is no adjustment on the air bleed so it is difficult to get an accurate starting point measurement. The company offered to have me send the unit back at my expense. The company stated that if the unit was out of calibration, I would be reimbursed the shipping. Throwing the unit in the trash since I don’t want to chance loosing more money.

I am a nurse, it was easier to use this type since it's attached. I was using in intensively but stethoscope detached in 2-3 months.

This is a very easy to use blood pressure kit. It is accurate as I measured my blood pressure with a hospital blood pressure unit. I highly recommend it.

99% happy with this product! The only issue I have is the release valve doesn't turn, but you press it to release ALL the pressure. I like letting a little air out faster for the comfort of my patient, which isn't an option with this style of valve. However, as long as you are careful and quick, it isn't a problem. The readings were accurate to what I know all my test subject BP to typically be, but I couldn't test against another machine. Very happy to have this at home in case I want a quick set of vitals on a sick family remember, or am concerned about BP for someone. I was able to hear surprisingly well through the stethoscope and the cuff seems to be of good quality. I like that I can take my own BP with it too, since the stethoscope is attached to the cuff. Very handy feature pretty much essential to taking your own manual BP reading. Assembly was very quick and easy, also. Would definitely recommend.

Have been struggling to do my own Blood pressure with a cuff and seperate stethoscope and was going crazy to make it happen. Read mixed reviews on this product but took a chance out of desperation. Ths product has been excellent value for the money and is VERY easy to use as opposed to my old method. It seems to be very accurate and easy to store away. I think this is a good value and would recommend it to anyone needing to have self taken blood pressure readings.

I ordered this to replace my aging $15 unit and just to check the accuracy of my old unit. Upon opening the package, I was first disappointed to see that there was no true air release valve. An the release valve on this model was plastic. Upon my first measurement, I realized that I was only able to hear through one earpiece on the stethoscope. The rubber tubing was blocked with rubber due to faulty construction. The cuff and actual gauge were well constructed, but I expected more. Also, there is no loop in which to clip the gauge that I could find. My older, less expensive model has this. Overall, I would give this unit a 2/5.

I was looking for a less expensive, less bells and whistles, yet accurate blood pressure monitor. This one fits the bill. It is an old fashioned stethoscope and blood pressure cuff and gauge so you are the one listening for the reading and able to follow the needle on the gauge instead of only being given a digital readout. It's a little like having an actual oil gauge for your car instead of just having a light that is either on or off. The gauge has an automatic airflow valve that lets the air release from the cuff at an even pace without having to adjust a screw while trying to manipulate the rest of the equipment. The cuff has both a right and left arm adjustable velcro closure with an indicator line drawn for the needed fit. Great product.
