It's sounds awesome but the remote was smashed and the mic wouldn't work the speaker came in cracked

Would give zero if I could. Using a high quality mic (sm58 beta) and a good xlr cable. Turned it up all the way and still grossly underpowered.Very disappointing. i have the 8 inch and it is superior to the 12 inch by far.

After waiting for about a week I received the speaker. Pull it out of the box in the front screen was dented. Then I could not get the microphone to connect. Did all the troubleshooting I could possibly do. Also reached out to Amazon Tech support. It is being returned and I'm waiting for a new one to be delivered. I have used this equipment but another friend of mine owns and it works out pretty good. I'm hoping it gets here soon so I can get back up and running. I will change the rating of this review when everything is resolved.Edit 10/14/2024I received the new speaker and the mic did not work again. This time I actually reached out to American Audio to find out that the mic has been replaced with an updated version although it is not indicated in the instruction manual. After calling American Audio they ran me through the Bluetooth process and I am now connected. The speaker sounds great the mic works as it should.

Our company has been using battery powered bluetooth systems for a few wedding seasons now and these are by FAR the best. I paid $800 for a Yorkville bat speaker and it started dropping bluetooth signal after one season and the speaker is also half the size and audio quality. This is a mega bang for your buck. Buying a few more.

For the price is amazingYou get an amplified sound system, with some pro connections, and the battery really lasts. You can also play while it charges.The sound quality is ok. Definitely learn how to equalize for your preferences.Sound is directional, if possible get a pair.Loudness is great, people couldn't stand to stay near it at half volume.Not too too heavy, but be ready to carry it cause the wheels won't roll on grass or gravel.

I'm very impress with the range the MIC has. Bluetooth range is around 25 mt . Powerful enough for outdoors ceremonies. If you search for this kind of product inside Amazon only gives you as result crappy speakers, not for professional use. I will buy the second soon.

If you want a perfect ceremony speaker, this one will blow you away. It has crisp sound and some nice bass for such an in expensive speaker. Don't let the low price fool you, it packs a punch.

The speaker is ok. I bought for Weading ceremonies. I believe it will work for this. But it is extremely underpowered. The amp clips at moderate levels. Expect close to the same preference as the older 8” model. It is a little better but not much. Overall being it’s a battery powered 12” main it’s ok. Just have a realistic expectations. Mine came cracked on the side but I don’t think it will change much of the performance.

Speaker quality seems moderately good, nothing to special. But out of the box the battery life was surprisingly poor. After a few months use, the battery completely died. Now the speaker only works if it is plugged in. There seems to be zero support online on buying a replacement battery or even if the battery can be replaced. There's no website, no customer service, no way to contact the supplier.... $300 seems like a lot of money for a product that comes with no customer support.
