I’m still unsure about these. I feel they are difficult to tighten up as much as I’d like them to be. It takes me a few tries to get them just right but once I do they are comfortable. If you have very small wrists and you don’t want them slipping around I would recommend a different set.

I needed ankle weights for my workouts, and I've ended up using these in almost every hour I've been home! They band it comes with is not irritating at all, and is super soft. One of the best parts of this weight is the ability to adjust it to have less weights by sliding off the silicone chunks from it, and the long velcro areas along the closure. Super durable item, have been wearing for weeks without any issues, love it!

We wanted to work on shoulder strength in yoga workouts, and ordered these as wrist weights to wear during class. 1lb is a good weight for long holds like warrior. At first glance, I was concerned that the straps rough feel might be abrasive during a long workout. So far, that hasn't been a problem. I was able to get it to a good size for my wrists, but my partner would like to get them a little tighter on her wrists.Cleaning is another concern I have, by maybe can only tell over the long term. So far I have been had washing with warm water. But getting the band dry in summer might be challenging. There is no cleaning instructions.Cost is midrange, with other similar looking weights costing more and less. Probably worth comparison shopping and looking at the reviews.

These adjustable weights are made to fit ankles and wrists. I purchased them for my wrists only. It took a few minutes to figure out how best to attach them comfortably as they seemed way too long... I had to adjust them after wearing them for 5 minutes but I believe that's normal. I like these better than the wrist weights that are a solid material with a sand type filling. I like that the velcro is adjustable, I can wear it over or above my health watch that's tracking my steps, etc. I like the price too! I purchased the black as I wear alot of black. These are made to fit your ankles comfortably. I had to adjust them quite a bit to fit my narrow wrists but I got it. You can move the individual pieces which I had to do to get them all to fit and maintain the 1 pound of weight. So comfy I can wear for HOURS. This is big plus! I say yes to adjustable weights.

I ordered these for my husband to use since his one doctor would like to help him rebuild some muscle and weight gain.While my husband is rather thin at the moment, we were able to adjust the straps enough that he could wear them on his wrists for an hour at a time. They also worked well on his ankles with his pants on to add a little bulk. They Velcro is of good quality and holds well - even when you have very little left at the end.You can take pieces of the weights off of each band (the weights are all separate on the band, but look like they’re all one piece) which is helpful if the amount was too heavy to start with.They also came with their own netted zippered carrying case - which I found to be super convenient to keep them together but able to go in a gym bag.I would recommend these for folks that want to add some weights for walking/jogging, etc. or for uses such as my husband needs.

They're soft, secure, and don’t slide around during movement. I like the adjustable resistance with these — super easy to use. Great for walking

I got these for my 9 year old step-daughter who goes through physical therapy and she loves them. Each weight has a side slot that the band passes through to chain them all together. I was first worried about the edges or texture of the material because my little princess is very sensory aware and these didnt trigger her in any way! There are no sharp or out-of-place seams or edges to bother the skin and the strap its self is also soft. The Velcro strength is very good. Once you lock the velcro in place, it wont come apart unless you purposefully do it. I have not noticed any sand leaking from the weights since they are all cast in the soft rubber material without any seams.Overall, these weights are very functional, adaptable and comfortable enough to wear for hours without any issues.Overall,

Adjustable, able to remove and add a block or two. No skin irritation, easy to put on and off with the Velcro strips. I could fit both weights on one leg for the doubled weight. The weights slide on and off and are washable.
