Greetings Everyone, this is my second remote control. The company is a very good company in terms of the customer service provided. I am just not too happy about the price of a replacement unit at $90? Anyway, the first one lasted a year? I guess its not under warranty...I never asked. It is working fine and the bed up until now is working great as well. Just the price tag is a bit steep especially for seniors on a limited budget.

My bed is only 2 years old and this remote will not sync hours on phone with customer service to learn I would have to buy while new mech aoaratus for bed. No TY. Return took FOREVER
