These disconnects look good but only time will tell how well they hold up. The install was fairly easy but there are a couple of things to note. The bolts that go into the top (of my 2003 TJ) of the disconnect were slightly too short to grab the threads on the bracket. I used some plyers to squeeze the bracket slightly to bend it closer. Then the bolt felt cross threaded and messed around with that a bit until I realized it was supposed to be that way as a "thread lock" feature. This bolt (and others) is also a 6mm allen which is easy to strip out. The instructions showed a plastic bushing (the large black bushing in the picture) being installed but never called it out in the instructions and the bushing didn't seem to fit for my application. Finally, the instructions say you can install silver barrel looking parts to hold the pin and disconnect when it's disconnected but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how that would work. So I rigged up some velcro straps to hold them when disconnected. Picture of the bolts are the "left over" parts after installing.
