The one I received arrived dirty and was stapled back into the package, so my first impression was not pleasant. (-1)Once cleaned, it worked as expected and it was easy to turn the dial to increase the strength of the gripper.The instructions were worthless on the packaging. There are better instructions and showing the different grip options on this listing (though maybe there was other instructions misplaced that wasn't in the returned item I received?) The packaging should self sufficiently show users the various options for using the device. (-1)
