This looks to be exactly the same as another I'd purchased for foster kittens. They have been great for post-spay surgery to protect incisions. I have loaned them to adopters and they've been successfully used for a few weeks. (Not full time!). The kittens were quite confused by them at first, but quickly got used to them and happily ran around with little fruit heads. :)The size is perfect for the listed weight (1-2 kg or 2.2 - 4.4 lb), I think. It's really nice to find a solution for protecting incisions that fit kittens of this size, as above 1 kg or 2 lb is a common weight for kittens to have spay & neuter surgery prior to adoption.The item does NOT have "waterproof properties" as mentioned in the listing, but would be considered water resistant.Bottom line, I find this item to be appropriately sized for the age & size mentioned, and have found it to be useful.
