The sheath is quite nice and of good quality. Its rivets are strong and the buckles attached well. It's a decent-grade leather. This is a larger sheath so make sure to consider the type of sword you're placing in it.The belt buckle itself is nice but the leather is a little cheap and plasticky. It's not bad for a costume but if you're going for a super authentic look the belt might not do it for you.The list price is currently $29, which is a little steep, but it also currently has a 30% coupon which I think makes it more reasonably priced.

One of the “buckles” or “clasps” had the little bit that inserts into the hole on the other end of the leather strip was backwards. It still WORKS, it’s just mighty inconvenient. The holder itself is too large for the scabbard of my sword, though that could be my mistake in purchasing.Otherwise the product is of great craftsmanship and quality. Smell nice too!

I got this for my son, and he really likes it. The quality is decent, and it looks very nice. I doubt it's actually 'authentic' in an historic sense, but it looks good fits in very well with his outfit.

I have gotten a couple sword frogs recently and this is by far the most handsome. The large buckles and multitone leather really make it look like something more than just a flat piece. I wish the leather was a bit stiffer on the belt as it feels like it will wear out but other than that, this is a good starter piece for LARPs or cosplays.

This is a bit of an awkward piece, not completely well designed. I also think the buckles are a little ornate for the job. However, everything else about this is nice. Good stitching. Good leather. It goes together nicely and, it'll hold your sword, in a scabard, or outside one (I wouldn't, it's going to wear, but you can). it pretty much is what it says.

Nicely constructed with heavy grommets. Nice design. Needs to hang prior to using. Packaged as well as possible to prevent fold lines or creases, but the belting needs to be”unroll” and “relax.” Good value for the money.
