these are made very well! the way the inner core is designed allows it to dry faster than other similar products! the only issue is cloth does not do well for heavier wettings and you need more layers, My recommendation is to use these over disposables with a good waterproof cover (Leakmaster also makes good covers) if you have leaking issues at night!

I am bladder incontinent and have had difficulty finding a nighttime product that doesn't leak. So far, these are great, comfortable and absorbent. They dry quickly and are a lot more "green" than disposables. I'll be replacing my older cotton pull-up diapers with these as they wear out.

Very bulky and stiff. Leakmaster needs to make them with a soft smooth vinyl outer shell.

The sizing is wonky. I ordered a X-large. The fit around the legs is good, the waist is almost too big. It's comfortable. I give it 2 stars for comfort. If you don't need to use it for the intended purpose...It has break through leaks out the waterproof cover. I was standing when I realized something was wrong. The front on my pants where soaking wet. The diaper had leaked through the outer cover, not the legs or waistband. Luckily I was at home!

I wear Leakmaster All in One Adult Diapers all day every day. Mydiapers are my regular and normal underwear. they do not leak,do not rustle and do not show - I am not at all self conscious tobe diapered. They provide protection and allow me not worry.My diapers do look like panties and I must pull them down togo to the bath. I always have an extra panty in my diaper bag.The all in one combines the comfort of a diaper and a plasticcover. Wearing pull ups is so much better than the disposableswith tapes. Kindly sign me as "secure and safe" in diapers.
