This a great inversion table. The table comes in a well designed box, inside there is an easy to follow manual, parts, bolts, screws are grouped together in order steps for assembly. Once together, it is a heavy duty Fram, very nice padded table, and the spinal and heat vibration insert is great to use.

Durable and very lightweight, this is a solid machine. It can be easily lifted by two people with no strain, but when you lie on it, it feels capable of handling lots of weight! When pushed back to become inverted, it slides easily and effortlessly. Hanging upside down daily is a very healthy way to release your back. I love it.I was very surprised at how easy it was to assemble. All the parts are included. I would only say to pay attention when mounting the final back piece. I attached it incorrectly and had to unattach it and rescrew it in. You will need two people at this point in the assembly, one to hold it, while the other to attach the screws.I also love that the heating back pad can be easily unattached. It has two clips with adjustable straps that thread through the back piece. The cord hangs down, and it's a bit weird that there is no place to store the mechanism that adjusts the heat. I will velcro a storage back on the back to store it there.Do not underestimate the thought and craftsmanship that went into this inversion table. If you have back pain this will help it in two ways; being inverted and applying the heat!

This table is so cool! It was fairly easy to put together. Once I got on, I had nearly instant relief from my compressed/herniated disc.
