Easy to charge up on the charging stand. Perfect for those big tasks.

I'm a runner and will always use my Petzl headlamp when I know I'll be running in the dark. I bought these for when I start in the daylight and may finish in the dark and didn't want to be wearing a headlamp for most of my daylight run. I wasn't at all disappointed by the amount of light they throw out, just one is very bright and casts a nice, wide beam. I highly recommend them if you don't want to wear a headlamp but are looking for a strong light. I haven't been able to test the battery life on the highest light setting though so I can't comment on how long it lasts.

This is the second time I have purchased these. With the first pair I ran with them for a few years. Which would be a couple thousand miles. I've used them in the rain, I would drop them, and basically beat the hell out of them. The charger finally stopped working or they just stopped taking a charge. Never figured out which one faulted. But these are the best running lights I have ever had. You can still actually use your hands because when you open your hands they stay on your fingers. If you happen to fall you can still open your hand to catch yourself or grab something if you need to. I plan to get a few thousand miles out of these and then I will order them again if needed. I will try to take better care of these ones though. haha

I was looking for a running headlight, but saw these as an alternative. The price seemed good, and the reviews were positive, so I gave them a try. Ive used them walking the dog, and running. For walking the dog, they're great. I only use one, but its plenty bright for what I need it for. Lasts well past how long my walks are.For running, it's mixed. I love that I'm not sweaty under a headband, but now my hands are sweatier, which might be just as annoying. The lights are not very bright, and the fact you are running with them makes seeing the contours of the terrain in front of you challenging. I would say theyre bright enough for urban running, but id never use them on a trail. The price was good though, especially compared to a "good" running light. Ive not run them out of batteries yet, but I only run for an hour. Both lights i use on full brightness all the time. The charging base is super slick: a place to put them, and charges them to boot. This part I love, I just REALLY hope nothing goes wrong with the base, or I'll not be able to charge them.

I bought these as the Australian winter approached. They have been a great solution for running on rough tracks. They work exactly as promised and constantly illuminate the track ahead as you run. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I emailed the seller informing that the button broke off the first time I adjusted it. No answer. I was tempted to place a complaint through Amazon or return it. Instead I directly went to the Knuckle Lights company and explained my situation. They were more than happy to replace the unit. The units themselves are awesome for early jogs or walks. Definitely frees up your hands some and it's nice to direct the lights off into the woods with one hand and keep the other light on the path. Extremely bright and I feel safer having them in the early mornings. Shame on this seller for not responding. Took me forever to write this review since I really hate leaving poor reviews. Would not buy from this seller again.

I have been using these for a few weeks now and am very satisfied with the product. They are plenty bright enough. Very light and easy to carry. The charging stand is compact and sturdy; holds the lights nicely during charging. If I could change one thing it would be to make them SLIGHTLY taller. The hand straps are based on the height of the product. I wear a large-size glove, and they fit securely in my hand. If it was even just a 1/4" - 1/2" taller, it would allow to to spread my fingers just a bit more. This is not a problem... just a wish list for the next version. :-)Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased a set of knuckle lights in December 2018. I used them for about four months during winter. The lights are bright enough to easily light up the path that I use for running. There are no streetlights or houses along this path, the knuckle lights are the only thing providing illumination, and they work perfectly. Using these lights I was able to run close to home instead of having to drive to a nearby city in order to run at night during winter. In December 2019 I got the lights out again and charged them up. They worked perfectly on the first run. But from that point forward one of the units was difficult to cut on and would randomly cut itself off after several minutes. After experimenting with the light I determined that the switch appears to have developed a fault. I contacted knuckle lights and they immediately sent out a replacement unit. Of course the replacement unit is working fine.I can recommend purchasing these lights for running. My longest nighttime run has been around two hours and the lights are perfect for that duration. And the lights have a five year warranty so you don’t have to worry if one of the lights fails.

It's bright enough. I read about some reviewers complaining about it not working too well when they were running in the woods in pitch black darkness. I can see that but for dark city running, it's fine.I read complaints about the charging ports not locking in well. I did not experience that. They fit securely. Not too heavy and they claim to be waterproof. We'll see but that would be good. One complaint is the strap. It's a low density rubber with holes in it and a little nub that slides into the holes. First of all, I have big hands but not huge. I am in the 2nd to last hole. If you wore gloves or had really big hands, I could see that being a problem. Also, the holes are about 3/4" apart, so if your hand size is between holes, it can be too loose or too tight. The low density rubber is also stretchy, which makes it less secure. You kind of have to hold onto it, rather than it being attached to your hand. Biggest problem is that the little nub doesn't fit securely into the holes and tends to slide out on occasion.Overall, a quality product and the nest running light I've found so far. I would recommend it. For me, it would be much better if it had a Velcro strap.
