Easy to put together, secure, and fits many different vehicles! I would definitely recommend this one.

I ordered this to keep my two huskies in the back of my 2011 Ford Escape. It worked perfectly. I put my front seats down and installed it directly behind the driver/passenger seats. It was sturdy and did not rattle as we drove down the highway at 80 MPH. It took about 30 minutes for me to put it together by myself, but with help it should go much faster. I'm so happy I bought this! Now I don't have to worry about being jumped on while driving!

It does the job of keeping my dog in the back but I had to add a few things to it. First it rattles like crazy so I had to stick some felt into the 2 metal bars that keep it upright. The rubber on the top that is supposed to keep it from rubbing the roof of the car comes off so I also had to put felt there too. The first big bump I went over made it fall over even though I had it as tight as it would go so I put some bungee cords around it, securing them to the head rests.

This worked out beautifully in my CRV. It had additional pieces so that if I need to put in my Pilot it will still do the job for me.

After loosing bags of groceries, plastic grocery bags, flea market finds and more to our growing large puppy who loves to chew, I decided we needed to get something for a barrier so she could not access the back end of my SUV. This set up works great! Husband installed it without a problem and now I can put whatever I want in the back end without fear of it being eaten, chewed or destroyed! My puppy can still see out the back end but just can't get there to get her mouth onto things! Has saved us a lot of money since we put it up in eaten or damaged items! LOL! Very sturdy and adjustable for most sizes and doesn't rattle around either. Husband did have to tighten a couple of areas up with zip ties to give them more stability against a large and determined puppy, but other than that, it is gold! It has done it's job keeping the dogs out of the front of the car. The down side is the hard molded clamps don't give enough to totally lock down so you have a lot of rattling and modification had to be done to keep it from rattling itself apart. In one day it had fallen twice if the clamps where different and fit better I would give 5 stars.

A Rube-Goldberg contraption designed by a sadist. The height adjustment requires inserting heavy threaded metal bars into hollow tubes that are part of the barrier. When in place, height is adjusted with wing nuts on the ends of the bars. However, gravity being what it is, there is no way to keep the bars from repeatedly falling out of the tubes while maneuvering the barrier into place. I don't know how many times my fingers were painfully pinched as I wrestled with the thing, leaving my hands black and blue. In addition, the clips attaching the central and side parts to each other aren't secure enough to keep the whole apparatus from rattling maddeningly when the car is driven. Lastly, unless you mean to keep the barrier set up permanently, it's a major nuisance disassembling the whole thing to remove it--there is no other way to get it out--further subjecting yourself to more finger pinching by the evil bar mechanism. Cheap materials that serve the purpose, but poor design.

Does the trick and stayed in place with our 80 lb 8 mth old lab trying to get into the back seat. It was his first time in the SUV and was a little anxious. He was able to fit his head through the sides, but that was all. It did rattle, but a couple of zip ties fixed that. It worked for us and was easy to install and take out.
