An advent calendar is an object where one opens every day and it is closed off and great fun to do so. When you pull this item out of the box it has foam separating the rocks and gems and the necklace parts. But they are all open. Ricks have moved around and we had to guess which goes where. There ano numbers on anything and no pockets it doors. All is exposed. The rocks and gems and slag glass are all very nice quality.

We don't eat sugar, so advent calendars have been rough. It's hard to find something that is similar but unique each day and not junky plastic fidget toys that will end up in the garbage by January. This has been awesome. I got a different brand for each one and they were all awesome. Good variety of rocks, enclosed list of the rocks so they can go discover which rock they got, tons of fun!The magnifying glass in this one was great for my youngest (under 10) - she loves examining the rocks very closely. The necklaces are good for this kind of stone since they are rougher and bigger, and the net-like necklaces hold them well.The bag isn't anything special, kinda cheap jewelry bag, but the girls still use it and are collecting all their rocks for the month in it.Note: the bracelet and two necklaces with stones in the picture are included as days in the advent calendar.

This was a good crystal advent calendar. I accidentally opened it on the side because I didn’t notice the flap on the top at first. 2 crystals are 100% fake glass. There’s also a black obsidian that I’m not certain about being real instead of manufactured. Other than that, the stones are real and this is great. I’m looking forward to my child’s reaction now that I’ve fixed the box. There are some necklaces that I took out and replaced with other stones due to my child’s young age.

I got this set for my teen daughter, she loves collecting rocks and gems. She loves it, and it was very affordable, with great variety and quality!
