I bought two of these for my boys. I was concerned that each day both kids would get the same character, and one would spoil the surprise for the other. We are currently on day 6 of this advent calendar. The reason for the 4 stars is that the figures require assembly, which can be tricky for my children (5 & 7). Also, we have a small collection of extra pieces- legs, sleeves, arms - that we are saving in case any of the future figures are missing pieces. The flaps are difficult to open and do not tear on the perforations easily.

I got this for my daughter who is always saying she doesn't have enough people when playing with her Legos. On day one she was missing a hand. Day 3 missing a part of a foot. day 5 missing a whole arm. Not looking good for the rest of the days.

Good deal for off brand but beware they're harder for littler hands to put together. They're durable and there is a good variety

Missing pieces like hands arms and legs. We could not get replacement as it was outside return window. We didn’t open all of them as it is an advent calendar and a day to day thing so we had no idea until the last couple days. DO NOT BUY unless you are willing to not have all the pieces

Some packages are missing pieces. A lot of duplicates too. Great for a 4 year old.

Since this is an advent calendar, we won't be starting to open the boxes until December 1st. This is a very cool idea and I hope it's as cool as it looks. I will update this review in December with the outcome.
