With all new hardware and stainless burners this thing should last a while. The burners are the right length (15") and pop right into place. The transition pieces also go right into place and come with new cotter pins as well. Long story short, the transition pieces leak a little and don't get the propane t=into the burners as effectively as they should and can produce an orange flame, not blue on the burners. Yes, it does work, and makes my grill useful again, but what do expect for 32 dollars.

The only piece that didn't fit wll was the heat deflectors, just slightly too short, but U sed a spare peice to fill the gap.

This kit has everything you need to replace the pipe burners, heat plate shields and igniters. Perfect fit! Great price for all the hardware you need to refurbish your old Char-Broil grill. I was going to throw the entire grill away until I got this kit. Now it is like I have a new grill!

My grill is a Charbroil 463344116, bought it at Lowe’s 6 yrs ago. Suddenly stopped working recently. Amazon to the rescue. Overall this is a nice replacement kit and the grill is working perfectly now. Installation was very easy. The hard part was removing all the old parts which were severely rusted and seized (my bad, in hindsight I should have performed this rebuild 1-2 yrs ago).My only gripe which is minor - the heat shields don’t quite fit properly, because of how the far end is cut with a taper. The taper is “inward” instead of “outward”, and so the shields don’t quite sit into the little ledges that they’re supposed to sit in. They are just shy of it, and so the top corner of the shields is what catches the little ledge. So, the shields are fine, the grill works perfectly, but technically the shields are not 100% sitting where they are supposed to sit.Another minor gripe - I had to run to the hardware store mid-installation when I realized there are only 4 cotter-pins included in the kit. 8 total are needed. Not a big deal, cost me $2.50 at Home Depot. Just wanted to mention it here.Can’t rate the longevity yet, but I will update this review if I notice any premature corrosion etc.
