Product review:Look at the photos and see the size, this item is way smaller than pictured. The aluminum is thin and the cushions don't fully cover the back support rails. The color is nice and it is lightweight but this is more of a light use and casual set that will not stand up to repeated entertaining use.Seller Review:This review might be lengthy but justifiably so: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!TLDR: Seller drug out the process, refused the full refund, has not responded in 10 days. Amazon had to force a refund through the claims department that took over 2 weeks to resolve. Look at the reviews, they all say something similar on the seller page.Purchased a product for $877 March 23 and it shipped 2 days later, this is the only positive experience in this process. It shipped via FEDEX and when the 3 large boxes arrived they were damaged. We noted the damage with the carrier and signed for the packages. This all happened in front of my Ring camera and it captured the whole transaction. I took pictures of the exterior of the boxes, I opened the worst looking box and found bent and cracked pieces. I took photos. Within four hours I contacted the seller and sent photos and offered the Ring video. The seller only responds once a day in the middle of the night.I got a response that was apologetic, promised to make it right, and they asked for pictures. I informed them the pictures were already sent, I sent them again. I stated I opened box 2 but there was damage to boxes 1 and 3 as well. They responded and placed blame on the shipper (which is fine) and asked for a chance to make it right. They asked me to open all the boxes do an inventory and they would send a partial refund.I stated I didn’t want to open all the boxes and then I wished to return the product for a full refund. They replied back saying how inconvenient that was going to be for me and I would have to do all this extra stuff just to get a refund and again asked for an inventory, more pictures, and a partial refund.I replied saying no thank you and asked for a return shipping label. They declined and said to use the address on the Amazon return label and pay my own shipping. I contacted Amazon and they said I would have to use the address and ship it back myself.There are 4 boxes at this point, totaling 160lbs, because I had to repack the items. I loaded the items into my truck and went to FEDEX, FEDEX quoted $722 to return. I was able to get the quote and reloaded my items in the truck and went back home. I sent the quote to the seller and they offered me $20 compensation and again stated how their products are superior and Im wasting my time by trying to return it. They ended with return it if you want to.I sent the quote to Amazon, and it ended up with an AZ claim and the claims email told me to ship the product back. I contacted the seller again with the quote and I offered they refund me $700, I will take the loss and donate the product to Goodwill and that would have saved everyone time and money. The seller responded saying they would offer me $30 if I did an inventory and took more pictures. I loaded the boxes in my truck and took them to FEDEX. At FEDEX the system did not recognize the return address and we had to Google the address to make sure there is an actual building there. There was, I insured the shipment asked for delivering signature confirmation. The total cost to ship back was $739. So now I am down $1616 and have no items or refund yet.I uploaded the shipping, tracking and receipt to the seller as well as the Amazon claim. FEDEX delivered the packages and then I uploaded the delivery confirmation to the seller and to the Amazon claim. A few days later I was refunded my original purchase price of $877 but the shipping refund was nowhere in sight. I messaged the seller, and they stopped responding. I chatted with Amazon over 8 times and passed off to a total of 15 agents/reps over the course of a week with no help.I was then notified of a partial refund through Amazon. The seller refunded me $10 for shipping and $150 for a “Goodwill” refund. I messaged the seller stating I do not accept partial refunds, and I uploaded the refund to the AZ claim. I then contacted Amazon and the chat and reps were not helpful. The seller was unresponsive for 10 days. I spam updated the Amazon claim until Amazon locked it. I then contacted chat assistance who finally put me in touch with the Claims dept and I was called on the phone. They processed my claim and ruled in my favor and within 2 days the remaining shipping was refunded.

Disappointed missing 2 backrest cushions 1 bent arm and not the correct metal seats for the loveseat. The set was easy to assemble, the cushions are semi comfortable could be thicker but was a decent price point. Also the couch leg was missed predrilled so could only assemble with 3 screws instead of 4. The couch has a dent on the frame

I was very pleased with the set it was easy to assemble and looks great. I wanted the Aluminum set for the outside because I was replacing the steel set every three to four years.

The set arrives in 5 boxes. I initially got three, contacted the seller and immediately got a response that two more boxes were coming and they provided the FedEx tracking numbers. The set is easy to put together, seems pretty good quality considering how light the different pieces are. The cushions are supportive and I think they give you quite a few pieces for the price of the set. The back is lower than I like, but I knew that when I purchased the set. I like that it gives you a two and three person couch, my wife likes to strech out on the 3 person couch and relax. Overall, I am happy with this set.

I love that the cushions don't absorb water, just rolls right off... the seat cushions could be cushier, the aluminum is not as sturdy as I would have liked. Overall its okay

Easy to assemble. Cushions are a bit thin. Even with having the measurements online, didn't realize how narrow, front to back, the seats are. Fortunately, we're short. They are very lightweight, so, easy to move around, which we do a lot. The set looks great. Cushion covers clean easily. A friend spilled wine on them, and the stain came out weeks later. Frames do scratch easily. We still think it was a great deal.

I absolutely love this set for the price. The pros outweighed the cons. The pros are that I LOVE the color, the set is lightweight and super easy to put together, the price for the number of pieces, and the best feature for me is that it is easy to clean (as opposed to wicker that would have millions of hiding spaces and breeding grounds for insects and lizards alike). I'd been eying a set at a retail store for 5X the cost of this one (having said that, the retail store's set is much higher quality, I was just not ready to spend that much when all the pieces weren't in stock, and the store could not guarantee that I would have it all before July). It is incredibly light, super easy to clean, and has made my backyard patio a peaceful haven. The only 2 things that I would mark as cons for this set. One is that there is no support for your upper back due to the design, so it isn't the most comfortable seating. The seat cushions can be pushed through the back of the sofas/ seats as there are no tie-downs, nor is there any back bracing. The second con is that the cushions are not as thick as advertised, but they are ok. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others.
