I was looking for a simple yet effective and progressive jump rope workout routine. This product met my needs and then some. Regardless of your ability there is something to learn. After several weeks performing the beginners routine I now feel I am ready to advance to intermediate.....and I can see the results in my body composition and increased energy at work! This video was worth every penny.

It's been years since I trained in the gym. I forgot how intense jumping rope can be. this DVD provides Some good workouts. The main thing, however, is you learn good technique so you can develop your own routines. I Like the way the instructor's voice is in the background and all you have to do is follow the demonstrator (coach).

I previously knew about Michael Olajide from an Aero-boxing Workout with Kathy Smith and that was a great workout but if you are looking for an intense workout that is guaranteed to get your heart racing...look no further.The instructor is an excellent teacher and quite an impressive athlete in terms of skills and stamina. This workout is a great test of your endurance and definitely pushes you to the limit.Definitely worth the buy.

Excellent DVD. I was looking for a jump rope workout. This is it, from beginner to expert. Already learned new moves. This DVD covers warm-up to cool down, very easy to follow the excercises. One can use this DVD as a stand along workout or as a warm up prior to doing other exercise programs. Very happy with this purchase.

I recently started adding rope jumping to my kickboxing fitness routine because it is a great cross-training exercise & seems to complement the kickboxing well. I heard of Michael O from way back in the Kathy Smith days of "Aerobox" and knew he was the real deal. I picked this dvd up- Aerojump Skills 123 & the Aerojump/sculpt, which I haven't done yet.I've only done "skills 1" & it's a tough 25 minutes of rope jumping! It was intense but left me invigorated- I wanted to keep going. My calves/legs were burning during the workout & could really feel it in my arms & shoulders, as well. I'm happy I purchased his dvds for added intensity & variety. Michael explains how to jump rope correctly & is a true master at it- he is impressive to watch! Rope jumping & the kickboxing will get anyone in phenomenal shape- I've already seen improvements in my cardio capacity, my arm & leg strength & inches lost with this rotation.Aerojump is a great workout- rope jumping is reported to burn massive amounts of calories (11 calories per minute) & even exceeds running to some degree because of the muscle building associated with rope jumping. I highly recommend his Aerojump dvd to anyone looking to bust a serious fitness & weight loss plateau.

Great video. Similar in intensity to P90x or Insanity. It's been two weeks and I am still stuck on level one out of three. Start slow with this DVD to avoid injury.

tough workout, i am not able to do all the jump roping yet but i hope to soon. Brings me back to being a kid again. this is an advanced workout you will feel it the next day. It is a boredom buster for sure
