The AEV Rear Diff. Skid Plate for JL Wrangler/Gladiator and Bronco (Excludes Bronco Raptor) is designed to help you slide over obstacles. The 4mm thick, stamped steel Rear Differential Skid Plate provides increased strength and reduced weight.

Stamping this skid plate also allowed us to form the skid plate around the rear differential, maximizing ground clearance. The AEV Rear Differential Skid Plate is proudly made in the USA and e-coated for maximum corrosion resistance.

Please note: The AEV Rear Differential Skid Plate will not fit Bronco Raptor.

  • No. As long as the differential cover has the same “footprint” as the OEM differential cover, there will be no compatibility issues.

The item was packed in green shrink wrap in a plain cardboard box. Bolts had obviously been used on the item because the bolt holes had the paint warn off. At the end of the day it did not affect the installation. Just disappointed the product was used when I paid for a new product.
